This is where we cook.
The working kitchen of Hafez AlSayed and the Analytica team. We build with AI agents, language models, and data — and we run every experiment on our own business before we ever talk about it.
The kitchen rules
Three habits shape everything that comes out of this workplace.
Eat our own cooking
Every system we recommend has already run our own operations first — our deployments, our reporting, our outreach. If it can't survive our week, it doesn't leave the kitchen.
Mechanism over vibe
We care about how a thing actually works: where an agent fails, what a model really costs per task, which guardrail earns its keep. Plain answers, measured, written down.
Human on the wire
Our agents draft, research, schedule, and call — but a named human approves what goes out. We build automation with an approval gate, not around one.
On the stove
A standing rotation of experiments — some become products, some become lessons.
agents Persistent AI agents that hold context for weeks — wired to messaging, deployment pipelines, DNS, and phones — with strict boundaries on what they may touch.
orchestration Task boards where multiple specialised agents pick up work, hand off to each other, and leave a review trail a human can audit.
evaluation What a model is actually worth on a given job: routing by task tier, cost ledgers per purpose, and spend guards that notice a runaway on the first morning — not the fourth week.
data The unglamorous part that decides everything: pipelines, retrieval quality, and knowing which number you can stand behind.
